Frequently Asked Questions

Sizing is unisex, unless otherwise noted in the item’s details. For a more tailored fit, we recommend that you size down. 

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. If you’d like to receive Punchcut products elsewhere, please let us know by sending an email to store@punchcut.com

Your order will ship within 3-7 business days. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately. You will get email(s) with the tracking number(s) for all shipments. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, but you can expect your items to arrive within 3-12 days. 

Reach out to store@punchcut.com if you placed an order and didn’t receive a shipping notice within 7 business days OR if your order hasn’t arrived 12 days after it has shipped. 

Unfortunately, you are unable to edit your order once placed, but if you would like to cancel it, please reach out to store@punchcut.com
